Windows 10: KB5019980 won't install

Discus and support KB5019980 won't install in Windows 10 Gaming to solve the problem; This update keeps trying to download or install but won't.     KB5019980 won't install


    This update keeps trying to download or install but won't. It's lagging my PC to death at times. 2nd cumulative update this has happened with now. Microsoft had remote access last week and even they couldn't sort it. I reinstalled windows 11 last time this happened. Do I have to keep reinstalling because these updates don't install all the time.

    Skype Won´t work... games won´t work...

    Making backup and re-format...

    Maybe I Install a Windows 7 again, At least, all of my games run smoothly ...Sadness!!

    Skype won´t wok in 17063

    Ok...

    After update my Windows 10 to 17063.1000 build, skype won´t work...

    It open, but if I Start my conversasion with camera, file share or screen share, it crash...

    If I try to uninstall anda install again, I give an error...

    Any workaround to solve this issue??
