    KB5022291 vs KB5021249

Hello team,Based on my latest vuln assessment, there are some WS2022 that are still affected by several vulnerabilities because KB5021249 was not installed, although all servers are fully now updated with the latest update KB5022291.My query is if by installing the latest update KB5022291, will not also fix the vulnerabilities that KB5021249 would fix. thx, micos

  2. Update error 0x800f081f installing CU 2022-12 on server 2022 21H2

    Hello,

Since last month I cannot install any CU updates on my newly installed server 2022.

I tried the 2022-11 and this month the 2022-12 (KB5021249)

It fails after 44% with error 0x800f081f I tried all the common sfc checks and DISM checks nothing helps, anyone any ideas left?

Also manual download and install fails.

  3. Windows Server 2022 Activation issues

    Hi there,

I've installed brand new server with WS2022 Standard Version :

    - One HyperV Host (Windows activated online with no issues)

    - First VM (WS 2022 Standard online activation no issues) with AD/DS Role

    - Second VM with a Sage App Server. I can't activate this one online and slui 4 doesn't work for phone activation.

Both VM have been created on the same time, 1 month ago. NTP time.windows.com is set up on the host. Both of the machines on the same time zone with the correct time.

Fully updated OS, version 21h2, last update : KB5022291.

I've tried the usual stuff : sfc, dism, slmgr, slui.... Nothing works, I still have 0x87E10BC6 error when trying to activate Windows.

The network is fully operationnal, internet UP.

Is someone can help me ?

    Thanks !
