Windows 10: KB5028166 pending install but install always fails

KB5028166 pending install after pausing update because it always always fails install. Resulting in a laptop that will not boot anymore.I tried it twice and I can revert it with restore point, but this is the end regarding updates, else laptop can't be used anymore.I paused updates, but that is not a solution. What to do ?

Windows Updates failed to instal

I just did step one and they have just all installed.... thank you so much.... it was quite frustrating having that update window pop up every 5 minutes and failing to instal every time

UPDATE keeps failing to Install please help. KB5028412, KB2267602, KB5028166

I need help updating my Windows 10 SL 64-bit (10.0 Build 19045) laptop it keeps failing updates see listed errors bellow. Whenever my laptop tries to update it keeps failing to install and says, "something went wrong, undoing changes." something like that. Now it is downloading again, and I think it will attempt to install those updates only to fail again already did 5 tries.
