    KB5028185 is causing BSOD Blue Screen


    2023-07 Cumulative Update for Windows 11 Version 22H2 for x64-based Systems KB5028185, Windows version is causing BSOD on my ASUS laptop model UX3404VC. Latest preview patch KB5028254 did not fix it either. Symptoms • BSOD will happen when use Windows for 20-30 minutes • 5 BSODs occurred within 2 hours yesterday • Bug check code: 0x00000139 o Parameter 1: 00000000`00000003 o Parameter 2: fffffd84`af0bf620 o Parameter 3: fffffd84`af0bf578 o Parameter 4: 00000000`00000000 Already tried • Update all my drivers • sfc /scannow • uninstall and reinstall the update I have to finally uninstal

    Windows update KB5028185 causes blue screen at boot

    During installation of windows update KB5028185 my dell xps 9710 blue screened and will not boot up. Every time I try to turn it on I get a blue screen. I was able to get I to safe mode with command prompt through the windows recovery interface. So far I tried uninstalling the KB5028185 update and uninstalled the nvidia display driver. The computer still will not boot unless I'm in safe mode. What should I try next?
