Windows 10: KB5030219 keeps disabling my start button after installation

The Update KB5030219 disables the start button and search block after installation, I have tested this out 5 times, i uninstall it and reboot and then I can use the start button again and search feature, after it gets installed, i no longer can use the start button or search at all, I repeated the process 5 times to ensure it was that update and on the Powerspec computer that I purchased from MicroCenter, this is in fact the problem, September 12, 2023—KB5030219 OS Build 22621.2283 - Microsoft SupportI have attempted to notify Microsoft that they do in fact have a problem with this update so

IE11 not keeps entry when hit back button

I have a little issue with a web up that opens in IE11.
It works when the "thing" is installed on local pc (little installer that creates an icon on desktop pointing to Internal WebServer providing the app).

1. in app list of names is presented. To quickly find the data for particular person the ID is typed in ID Patient field (8888888).




2. the list of data related to the Patient ID 8888888 appears. Each line is clickable...




3. When hit return button, it brings first screen but without the entry 8888888 in ID Patient box that was typed in step 1.
It works fine when running on local pc. But when published by Citrix (the icon delivered to Desktop) the entry not kept.
Citrix Server is 2012 R2 with IE11 (the same that used on local machines).




May be somebody can suggest what IE setting should be adjusted. Something related to web form caching?

Start Button displaying but not working


The start button was working until there was a forced reboot (power failure). Then left click (normal click) over the start button does absolutely nothing. Right click brings up a menu but "programs" and also "settings" are missing and not included on this list. Search or Task View buttons do not work either with "normal" click. Does anyone have any suggestion or fixes?

• When you say "Start button", are you referring to the physical power button or the Start menu on your desktop?
• Were there any changes made on your computer prior to the issue (e.g., updates, software installation)?
• Are you getting an error messages? If yes, what is the exact error message?
• Can you tell us what troubleshooting steps have you done so far to resolve this?
• What happens when you press the Start button?
