    I just installed update KB5031455 and still don't have Copilot

    I just installed the 2023-10 Cumulative Update Preview for Windows 11 Version 22H2 for x64-based Systems (KB5031455) and still don't have Copilot.

    I have tried doing Win + C like mentioned in the documentation. That opens up Teams Chat instead of Copilot. I have also tried going into Settings -> Personalization -> Taskbar to turn on Copilot. But there is no option for Copilot.

    My region is United States and I am signing in with a Microsoft account.

    What is going on? How can I enable Copilot?

    Windows Update and Store hung, can't update and can't install anything from the store or Xbox App

    Turns out this is not fixed.

    WIndows 11 seems to be stuck in some loop with the following

    KB5031455

    If I was to reinstall with the ISO, everything works again, I can play games on Game Pass Update is happy. But then Windows comes along and installs this update for KB5031455 and everything goes to hell again.

    More importantly I can not even play any games on Game Pass.
