Windows 10: KB5034441: "Windows Recovery Environment update..." with error 0x80070643

When installing update KB5034441 "Windows Recovery Environment update for Windows 10, version 21H2 and 22H2: January 9, 2024", Windows Update reported error 0x80070643. I tried "KB5028997: Instructions to manually resize your partition to install the WinRE update", but the 4.f instruction "shrink desired=250 minimum=250" results in: "You cannot extend OEM, ESP or recovery partitions , or offline volumes. The selected volume cannot be extended. Please select another volume and try again." Is it possible to fix error 0x80070643 from update KB5034441?Windows 10 Home Single LanguageVersão 22

Windows Update KB5034441 Fails with 0x80070643

Hi I just got a Windows update KB5034441 today that fails with 0x80070643. Is there an easier way to resize the recovery partition other than as per here perhaps with a GUI? The recovery partition having insufficient space causes the failure correct?
