windows update deleted all of my restore points, made vscode stop workin, and glitched the update timeline so it can't roll back

First of all, i hate windows update to the bones.

second of all, the title. installed the update because i had no choice (this is the update ->

opened vscode to continue my work, oops, can't save now any file now. some errors outputted claiming something about installing dotnet or something like that.

so i open system restore, i have a singel restore point (that i didn't do) from around the time the update took place. i hit revert, it fails. i check for other restore points, there are none.

i've been craeting windows restore points ever since an update bricked my laptop's gpu, for a year now. now i can't find any of them. what the hell is that supposed to be??????
i go to revert the update - the option is grayed out, because 'the update was installed more than 10 days ago'.

i go online to see what i can do - every forum post that talks about certain settings are irrelevance because the settings do not exist, because of - guess what - windows update.

it's crazy to think that the provider for my rent, food and economic prosperity can just one happy day be bricked because of some stupid software update nobody wants.

How to update windows OS version 19044 to 19045 using Azure update management?

We are using Azure update management to control the updates to windows OS. I want to know how can I leverage Azure update management to update clients windows devices from 19044 to 19045.
