Windows 10: KB5038285 and KB5037768 are in a constant install loop. KB5038285 is listed as successfully...

The main issues are with KB5038285 and KB5037768. Although I have tried no less than 7 times to apply these updates they fail to install. I have also tried to download these updates individually from the update catalog site and they fail as well. As you can see from my screenshots, the update history shows that the KB5038285 update was successfully installed on 6/10/2024...so why does it keep insisting on installing this same update? Secondly, I have tried installing KB5037768 and I don't get an error for the install or anything, but have tried installing it 7 times. At first I was having a r

Windows 10 Update Killed Startup Apps

My Windows 10 is Windows 10 Pro for Workstations 22H2

Few days back I have received the following updates -

• KB5037768 (OS Builds 19044.4412 and 19045.4412)
  
• KB5038285 Cumulative Update for .NET Framework 3.5, 4.8 and 4.8.1 for Windows 10 Version 22H2
  
• KB5001716: Update for Windows Update Service components
  

After these updates, my windows is not starting the start-up apps (e.g. OneDrive) after logging-in to my account. This is happening in 2 of my devices. Had to execute the apps through Task Scheduler.

Does Microsoft Windows Team know about it?

my computer can complete only 9 %, and then it coudn't go further and had to restore all the changes it made.

 

BSOD CONSTANT RESTART LOOP

This issue might occur due to an old or corrupted graphics driver. Since you are experiencing a constant restart loop, we suggest that you follow the Startup Repair steps below:

• Turn off your computer.
• Turn on your computer. As soon as you see the Windows logo with the spinning dots, press and hold down the power button until your computer turns off. Do this process
  twice.
• Turn on your computer for the third time, and let it load.
• It should give you the message: Preparing Automatic Repair.
• On the next screen that would appear, click on Advanced Options.
• Select Troubleshoot.
