Windows 10: KB5039211 refuses to install

2024-06 Cumulative Update for Windows 10 Version 22H2 for x64-based Systems KB5039211This update will not successfully apply, goes through the usual dialogs only to fail on restart and undo the changes. I've tried SFC and DISM with no results.Any help is appreciated.Thanks in advance.

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx

 

KB5039211 - Broke my browsers.

I installed KB5039211 security update on Win10 Pro, then certain controls in all my browsers stopped working (same symptom in Chrome, Firefox, Opera and Brave). The submit button in ChatGPT stopped working, as did the 'show password' button in LastPass.

I uninstalled the update and they work again.

I'd rather keep the security update, but can't find what system wide setting would break the browsers like that!?

Any ideas?

The tutorials provided are just a list of troubleshooting steps. Use only the steps which apply to you.

Since none of the troubleshooting steps here worked, I'd suggest you do a Clean install.
