Windows 10: KB5063060 Has made my system unusable.

After the update was applied my screens are constantly flickering and my mouse cursor keeps resetting to the center of my main monitor. It has to do with how it is interacting with the Nvidia drivers since if I remove the drivers it goes away, even though the drivers that were installed worked fine prior to the update. How can this issue be resolved? I've even tried reinstalling the drivers to no avail. The Nvidia driver version in question is 566.36. My computer is absolutely unusable in its current state, and because KB5063060 is "IMPORTANT" it can't be uninstalled to return my computer to s

Are you able to follow them?
In post 29 was the suggested dism repair command.

Let’s run the System Maintenance Troubleshooter to perform maintenance tasks and clean up unused files and shortcuts. Please follow the steps below:

• In the Search box, type in Troubleshooting and select it from the results.
• Click View all.
• Select System Maintenance.
• Click Next.
• Choose Try troubleshooting as an administrator and follow the steps.

scan? If not, we suggest that you run SFC scan to check and fix any system files that has been corrupted. To do so, please follow these steps:
