    Keep getting 0x8000ffff error applying KB001337 on windows 10 pro version 1909 build 18363.959


    Window continually fails to install KB001337 on my windows 10 pro version 1909 build 18363.959 with error 0x8000ffff.Can anyone suggest a reason why and/or a solution please ?

    Windows 10 Full Update 1909, 18363.657 Build 18363

    Received notice, on my computer, that I needed to take the free update to windows 10 before my current version expired.

    I updated, the whole OS on 02/23/2020. Specs:= 1909, 18363.657, Build 18363. I now CANNOT change my default browser identification. Microsoft Edge is set as default, surprise, and I can't seem to change it to anything else, e.g. Firefox

    Suggestions???
