Windows 10: Keep getting blue screen restart that nobody can figure out

I keep getting the blue screen that says my PC ran into a problem and needs to restart. I have taken my computer in FOUR times to Geek Squad and they have tested everything and we even wiped my hard drive to start over. The crazy thing is it never does it for them where it does it to me about 3 - 5 times a day. I'm losing my mind over this. Why would it not do it for them? This last time they said it must be environmental (so something I'm doing). I changed to a different power cord although it's not new and even plugged it into a different power cord. I'm thinking of getting a new monitor cable and new power cable. Any advice, PLEASE?

Can't get passed blue restart screen

1. What steps have you perform to resolve the issue?

2. Did you make any recent changes to your computer before the issue arise?



For now, I would suggest that you perform Power Drain and check if you are able to boot into the desktop.

• Unplug the charger and remove the battery of your laptop, if using a desktop remove the power cord.
• Press and hold the Power button for 30sec
• Plug the charger/power cord and restart system.

Startup Blue Screen

Startup blue screen error(s) can occur if a problem causes your PC to shut down or restart unexpectedly. It could be due to the following:

• Outdated device software drivers
• Corrupted Windows update system files
• Software/Security conflicts

We would like to know some information:

• Did you get any blue screen stop error codes?
• Have you tried booting in Safe mode?
