  1. Keep getting blue screens, GPU continues to shut itself off, etc

For the past few weeks I have been getting numerous issues on my "MSI GE62VR 6rf Apache Pro" laptop. The GPU will sometimes shut itself off at random and the computer will then switch to integrated graphics. This happens regardless of temperature, but happens more often when running graphically intensive programs. Every now and then the laptop will freeze up and blue screen, giving me errors such as "SYSTEM_THREAD_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED - what failed: nvlddmkm.sys" or "DRIVER_POWER_STATE_FAILURE". Sometimes the laptop display will shut off for a few seconds before coming back with awful resolution and I'll get a notification saying "Display drivers failed to start". I have uninstalled/reinstalled my display drivers several times to no avail. I originally thought it was an overheating issue, so I cleaned out the laptop and now it is operating at much lower temperatures, but I'm still getting the same issues. Sometimes I can go the ENTIRE day without seeing any issues, other times I'll run into these issues literally every 5-15 minutes.

I have read some similar forums online and tried so many different "fixes" that I lost track of them all, this laptop refuses to cooperate. I did read that I should attach the ".dmp" files in C:/Windows/Minidump. So I'll have those files attached below. Please help me fix this issue, I really cannot afford to get a new PC.

    Windows dumps: http://www.mediafire.com/file/9lco6xq3lkk2a9k/WindowsDUMPS.zip/file

My computer really did not want me to upload any of these .dmp files, gave me a really hard time.

    :)

  2. Laptop loads to Windows 10 logo then blue screen and shuts off

    shadowthefire,

    What brand/model laptop is this?

    Try the following:

Step 1: Make sure the computer is shut down, and press the Power Button to turn the computer on.

Step 2: As soon as you see the rotating loading circle, press and hold the Power Button until the computer shuts off again.

Step 3: Repeat this process 2 or 3 times until you see the following on the screen: Preparing Automatic Repair
Let the computer boot to the Automatic Repair screen.

Step 4: The next screen (blue) goes to: Choose Account to continue
Select your account, enter your Password, and press: Continue

Step 5: A Diagnosing your PC screen appears, and it takes you to the screen for: Automatic Repair

Step 6: Here you can click Restart, or, Advanced Options
    Step 6.1: Select: Restart

Allow the computer to go through the routine, and see if it solves the issue.

If the problem still exists, go back to Step 1 through Step 6.

Step 6.2: This time, click: Advanced Options

Step 7: In the Choose an Option screen, select: Troubleshoot

Step 8: At the next screen, select: Advanced Options

Step 9: Last, select: Startup Repair (Used for problems that keep Windows 10 from loading)

    Please provide an update.
