    keep getting BSOD when playing games


    I've been getting these BSOD when playing games recently. The games I play are somewhat intense but not something my laptop cant handle. Ive had this laptop for about 3 years. Its the Acer A715-42g-r9f8. I've done everything from installing all of the necessary drivers, resetting pc, resetting windows, and even replacing my ram. I've done everything including the necessary scans like chdsk, scannow, etc. But the problem still persists. System specs are as follows: CPU: Ryzen 7 5700uGPU: RTX 3050tiRAM: 16x2 Kingston 9905700-122.A00GSSD: WD Blue SN5000 1TBMinidump link: minidump

    BSOD When playing games

    Please share the information requested below:

    • Does the BSOD occur while playing a particular game?
    • Is the game downloaded from Windows Store?

    I suggest you to update the Graphic Card drivers by following the steps provided below and check if it helps.

    • Press Windows key + X, select Device Manager.
    • Expand Display Adapters.
    • Right click on the driver and select Update Driver Software.
    • Follow the on-screen prompts to update.

    BSOD playing various games

    Hello everyone, i would love to get some help whit my problem. As the title say i get different BSOD when i play games like Dragon age or Assassin creed.
