Windows 10: Keep getting BSODs related to DRIVER_POWER_STATE_FAILURE

BSOD related to DRIVER_POWER_STATE_FAILURE (0x0000009f)

Hello,

I have been receiving repeated BSODs related to the DRIVER_POWER_STATE_FAILURE. To date, I have reinstalled my OS from the ground up, and yet, I still receive the BSOD at random times.

What could it be? Is there a way to determine which exact driver/component is causing the BSOD? The error happens every few days, so swapping parts is going to be long/discouraging.

I have tried investigating into the memory dumps, but they all seem to point to the driver that failed - not what caused it to fail. Can you help interpret the dumps, and see if there's a common possible root cause?

Getting BSOD 0x124 error

Ignore what everone said here.

0x124 BSOD is usually related to VCCIO (VTT), run Prime95 version 26.6 with custom sizes of 512K to 640K with 50% of your memory for at least 8 hours.

If you get a 0x124 BSOD, increase VCCIO voltage by small steps, run Prime95 again until your stable.

If you pass Prime95 512K to 640K without a BSOD, then its Vcore too low. I'd suggest running IntelBurnTest with 80% of your memory to verify stability (8 to 12 hours).

Oh, and yeah, if this problem appeared all of the sudden, the reason is CPU degradation, you can prevent it by enabling C-States or adjust your overclock to use lower voltages.

 

BSOD DRIVER_POWER_STATE_FAILURE

I sometimes randomly encounter BSOD with error "DRIVER_POWER_STATE_FAILURE". I may encounter this error several times a day, but sometimes it may not appear in a day. I put here link to several dumps Microsoft OneDrive

I tried:

1. Reinstalling NVIDIA and AMD graphics drivers using DDU
   
2. Reinstalling Windows
   

But problem still persists, please help
