Windows 10: keep getting "couldn't complete the updates undoing changes Don't turn off your computer

Added a second drive to laptop and moved some folders from C to D Now keep getting this error message "couldn't complete the updates undoing changes Don't turn off your computer " running windows 10 shows successfully updated on 8/6/21 to KB40230567 ,unless this is where it keeps trying to reload? Would really appreciate help. Tried Microsoft troubleshoot but it found no issues.

After Windows 10 restarted to install an update, the computer gets stuck in a loop of

and then after the update fails to install:

I'm not too good with computers so would someone be able to walk me through fixing this situation? I'm using a Lenovo Edge 15 with Nvidia GeForce.

 

Windows keep repeating the same "We couldn't complete the updates Undoing changes Don't turn off computer"

When I start-up, I get:

"Windows updating

Don't turn off computer"

After several minutes I get:

"We couldn't complete the updates

Undoing changes

Don't turn off computer"

Followed by:

"Restarting"

Followed by:

"We couldn't complete the updates

Undoing changes

Don't turn off computer"

Followed by:

"Restarting"

I then turn off the computer, wait 30 seconds and turn back on. Everthing seem OK for several days; then it repeats the above. Any suggestions?

 

I can't get text messages. & Also don`t change my account password

I can't get text messages for a verification code & also don`t know about recovery code. & Also don`t Change my account password please guide us.
