Windows 10: Keep getting either Unexpected Kernel Mode Trap or Whea Uncorrectable Error Blue Screen

Hi, I tried to format as usual but this time I keep hetting Blue Screen somehow. Pc was w10 and I tries to format it with bootable usb which I created with Windows installation tool. Everything was normal until the end of formatting. After I delete drive 0 and create it again on boot I get just a moment screen with blue backgroynd which is normal but I have to see setup windows menu after this but I dont. I keep getting Blue Screen with Unexpected Kernel Mode Trap or Whea Uncorrectable Error error codes. I can’t reach to desktop. I’ve tried sfc scannow, chkdsk commands dism commands didnt wor
