Windows 10: Keep getting error code on windows 10 0x800703e6

- Windows Troubleshooter. It finds no problems.- Installing the updates manually. I've been unable to figure out which ones out of the many, many updates available on Microsoft's website that I'm supposed to have. The updates tell me that a later version is already installed, or that it's just not the right one, or they fail with again error 0x800703e6.- Doing a clean boot and attempt an update. Did nothing. Same failure.- I have attempted to repair/upgrade/overwrite/whatever the install with Windows10Upgrade9252.exe and MediaCreationTool22H2.exe and both failed with again error 0x800703e6

4. Retry steps 1-3 then type your 25-characters unique product key.
5. Wait for the process to complete, Windows 10 is activated.

Already tried these steps:

1. Press Windows key + X

2. Click Command Prompt (Admin)

3. Type the following command:

rundll32.exe pnpclean.dll,RunDLL_PnpClean /DRIVERS /MAXCLEAN

4. Hit Enter on your keyboard

5. Exit command prompt

6. Restart

If you still can't update your Windows, Here are the steps to reset Windows Update components:

1. Use the Windows key + X to open the Power User menu and select Command Prompt (Admin).
   
2. Stop the BITS (Background Intelligent Transfer Service), Windows Update service, and Cryptographic service. Type the following commands and make sure to press Enter on each line:
   

net stop bits

net stop wuauserv

net stop appidsvc

net stop cryptsvc

3. Delete all the qmgr*.dat files created by BITS from your PC. Type the following command and press Enter:

Del "%ALLUSERSPROFILE%\Application Data\Microsoft\Network\Downloader\qmgr*.dat"

4. Clear the Windows Update cache to allow Windows 10 re-download the updates, instead of using the files already downloaded on your system that might be damaged. Type the following commands and make sure to press Enter on each line:

rmdir %systemroot%\SoftwareDistribution /S /Q

rmdir %systemroot%\system32\catroot2 /S /Q
