    Keep getting error: "There were problems installing some updates, but we'll try again...


    Every time I try to update Windows 10, it goes up to 100%, stays there for a while and then just says: "There were problems installing some updates, but we'll try again later" with "2020-03 Cumulative Update for Windows 10 Version 1909 for x64-based Systems KB4551762 - Error 0x800f0988" under it. Does anybody have a fix? I've been trying to solve this for a while now, and nothing has worked so far...

    Who has seen this vista update error

    When you go to Windows vista update and it tell you to update a driver that you have already updated. Then it says failed to update and gives you the error code that tell you that you already have a never version than that. WTF? Why in the world would it be trying to updated something with an older driver. Well the only way to get it out of your windows update list is to go uninstall what ever that driver is then run the update and install it. Then run the newer drivers again.

    Well I still can't get the Nivida Network Bridge to disappear out of the list. I uninstall the one in device manager and go to the update and before it's even done with that. Vista is automatically installing a newer version than is in the Vista update list.......

    List the EXACT "blah, blah" you mention, here please... for ALL installation cases!

    (Sound like a possible "DLL-Hell" issue, but "Windows File Protection" &/or "System File Protection" should have countered for this... no biggie, there's ways around that too!)

    * I have to 'step-out' now, but imo, this is the track to pursue here, & we will when I get back... so, please list that data I request!
