Windows 10: Keep getting intermittent black screens when using Windows, goes black for a couple of...

So I'm having an issue where my screen on my main and sometimes my other monitor at the same time will just go black for a few seconds then come back. It happens maybe once every 10 minutes. For some reason it never happens while I'm gaming. I can game for hours and it won't happen once. However I cannot go more than 10-20 minutes without it going black when I'm just using the operating system or browsing the web. I have tried the following:-uninstalling display drivers with DDU and reinstalling them-refreshing the windows display driver with control-windows-shift-B-reseating my GPU and replug

Intermittent black screen on TV

PC connected to TV via HDMI. When TV receiving streaming from PC, the TV monitor intermittently goes black for a couple of seconds and turns back on. No change at PC. Have searched Internet and found problem frequently listed but no solutions. Can anyone
