Windows 10: KEEP GETTING MESSAGE LOW BANDWITH INTERNET KEEPS CUTTING OFF.

INTERNET SHUTS DOWN SCREEN MESSAGE SAYS LOW BANDWIDTH MOVIES WILL NOT STREAM .HAVE TO KEEP REBOTTING THE PROGRAM.
