alright so I am now at step 12, skipped 11 for the moment as the hard drive came positive on all tests so gonna keep it for the last resort kinda solution

For the drive there are additional tests to perform in post #4.

Also when all other steps have been completed on the list you will run overnight a chkdsk /x /f /r on the external HD.....Look in file explorer for the drive letter.

The longest tests will be the Memtest86+.
If you have several days you can run all 32 GB at one time. Otherwise if you need access to the computer you can test 16 GB at one time. If you do this switch the testing DIMM so that all DIMM are tested.
All tests with Memtest86+ must be with 8 or more passes.
Tests with less than 8 passes have a significant number of false negatives.
A false negative is a pass when there is malfunctioning RAM.
Again 1 error is a fail and you can abort testing.
Then you can test 1 RAM module at a time in the same DIMM for 8 or more passes for each RAM module.
For all tests please use a camera or smart phone camera to take pictures and post images into the thread.

I have a question, how do I actually update e1i63x64.sys? Even a quick google search doesnt give info.
will also proceed with memtester86 on all 4 sticks at a time since I don't need immediate access to the pc since I have my laptop.

    Also download and install:

    Intel® Driver Update Utility
    Download Intel® Driver Update Utility

At times it may have some useful updates. Other times it may find drivers that are not applicable but it has its usefulness.
For bsod you must uninstall first as it will see the old drivers and not update.

Yes you download the drivers applicable to the current operating system.
At times you may need to roll back a driver but at this time you want the most up to date driver.

alright so how do I uninstall the drivers using it exactly? Or if I am correct I will need to go in device manager and uninstall internet adapter drivers? If I do that will I still have internet connection?

alright pretty sure I installed the right ones so now I run the chkdsk on the external drive?

no the external drive has a long way to go.....it will be the very last step

Now you need to run all of the drive tests on the internal drive and post images into the thread:

HD sentinel .......all tests.......error scan, benchmark, health, all tests on the free edition
    Sea tools for windows
    WDC

Post the scannow and dism restorehealth command results.

Then memory testing with memtest86+ version 5.01

Before you start the RAM testing post a new zip: BSOD - Posting Instructions - Windows 10 Forums

If you have any new bsod post a new zip: BSOD - Posting Instructions - Windows 10 Forums

Which post 2 and ESET AV do you mean is avast still installed? If that was the question Avast was uninstalled and malwarebytes as well

edit: okay I get what you mean um yeah was using avast, malwarebytes was recent (2 days ago or something like that) and that is it, windows defender might have been running as well which I now realise might have been issues with avast...

Reedit: will download the software to test the harddrive as you asked
