Windows 10: keep getting random BSOD after updating windows from 8.1 to windows 10

In the left lower corner search type: restore
There will be a system properties pop up.
Under protection settings click on create
In the entry box type post troubleshooting ten forums 9 4 2017

The above post is for the F drive. What is the size of the F drive and approximately what is the used /free space?

 

is that for the restore point creation?

 

so was the origin of the problems so far only caused by the anti viruses installed?

yup they were all done

 

well all except the memtest but I did it three times (6 passes total + windows memory test 4 times) and it came positive. If the computer crashes in the next 2 days then I will do 16 passes on the rig to really make sure it isn't the ram throwing really rare errors but at this point if windows files weren't corrupted, in fact no files got corrupted in the past 2 months of this going on then it would highly surprise if it was the cause because that is a major symptom of it...

 

There have been threads where Memtest86+ did not display errors until passes in the 20's.

For any test there are:
true positives.......................positive test result and the test detecting the malfunctioning hardware
true negatives......................negative test result and the test not detecting any problems with the hardware
false positives......................positive test result with normal hardware
false negatives.....................negative test result with malfunctioning hardware
accuracy...............................a mathematical result of the above 4 components


For Memtest86+ version 5.01 there needs to be 8 or more passes.
Testing for less than 8 passes has a significant incidence of false negatives.
A false negative is finding no errors with malfunctioning hardware.
The testing needs to continuous (8 or more passes in 1 testing)
