Windows 10: Keep Getting Signed out of Microsoft Apps

I keep getting signed out of Microsoft apps, which is annoying. Microsoft Store, Outlook, Word, etc.

I will also get alerts on the side bar that "We need to fix your account most likely your password has changed. Select here to fix it in shared experiences settings", which when I click, it wants me to set up a fingerprint sign-in, but that is not possible even if I wanted to which I don't because I am using a home computer that does not have a touch screen. My password has not changed.

When I am signed out, I just have to go to the sign-in screen for the app, and then it will sign me in without my having to type my password or pin, so I don't understand why it said I was signed out.

Anyone have ideas on how I can fix this so I can stayed signed into my apps?

There's a possibility that you are currently signed in on your computer using your local account. For us to sort this out, we suggest that you sign in with your Microsoft account instead. Follow these steps:

• Open Settings > Accounts > Your email and accounts.
• Select Sign in with a Microsoft account instead.
• Follow the on-screen instructions.

Once signed in with your Microsoft account on your computer, try signing into the Windows Store app.

Update us with the result.

1. Do you have child account?
   
2. Are you using Microsoft Store link to download the app?
   
3. Check if you are able to download the app in your Dad’s account?
   

We would suggest you to follow the steps mentioned below and check if it helps.

1. Try to sign out and sign in back in to computer.
   
2. Try to sign in to Microsoft store app with your Microsoft account
   
3. Then try downloading the app from the Microsoft Store App.

I suggest you to follow the steps provided below and check if it helps.

• Navigate to Start>Settings>Accounts.
• In the left pane, click on sign-in options.
• In the right pane select Never from the drop down list for the option
  Require sign-in.
