Windows 10: Keep getting these errors DCOM 10010 and 10016

"The server {805A61D6-44C1-48C0-8AF1-721A248EFFED} did not register with DCOM within the required timeout." This is the 10010 Error"The application-specific permission settings do not grant Local Activation permission for the COM Server application with CLSID {2593F8B9-4EAF-457C-B68A-50F6B8EA6B54} and APPID {15C20B67-12E7-4BB6-92BB-7AFF07997402} to the user LandenPC\mrgre SID S-1-5-21-504018463-2239125221-74559

could DCOM 10010/10016 relate with web access function?

Laptop is connected in domain network, facing website access issue from time to time in browser like Chrome, IE Edge when cisco VPN connected. The issue can be restored by itself and happen again.

By checking the event viewer, seems the the issue happens at the time when the DCOM 10010/10016 event logged in computer management. Just curious is it possible that the DCOM 10010/10016 event can be related with the website access issue.

Hello one of your suggestions seems to have worked for a bit then i got a bluescreen think it was watchdog clock timeout the BSOD was labled as a dcom error 10016

then the problems started again

We're all in the same boat here. ID 10010 is a time out error which is nothing to worry about.
ID 10016 seems impossible to fix as the log file does not produce any data to work with.
Seems like only MS can fix this and these DCOM errors aren't exactly high on their priority list....
