Windows 10: Keep getting warnings about DCOM

I am getting the following in EventViewer, and not sure why it is happening. Fresh reinstall of Windows.

to the user DESKTOP-BN22B7R\billc SID S-1-5-21-2365581884-370406950-1311459337-1001 from address LocalHost Using LRPC running in the application container Microsoft.GamingApp_2101.1002.1.0_x64__8wekyb3d8bbwe SID S-1-15-2-1723189366-2159580849-2248400763-1481059666-1951766778-2756563051-3565589001. This security permission can be modified using the Component Services administrative tool.

I tried this Error - Event ID: 10016; DistributedCOM - Microsoft Community with the APPID starting with 37399 but it didn't solve the problem, help?

DCOM Configuration Warning

Hello,

I was fixing a DCOM error and while entering the DCOM Config in Component Services I encountered a "DCOM Configuration Warning" asking me if I would like to record an item.
I clicked "Yes" without fully reading what it asked me to add. I doubt this will have any negative impact on my system however this made me wonder if there was some kind of log or logfile where I could see what item was recorded.

Please excuse me if this is not the right place to post this thread.

DCOM Configuration Warning

When digging thorough a recent unplanned reboot of my computer, Windows 10 X64 bit Ryzen based pc, I found a few system errors pertaining to permissions for Distributed COM objects.

I then went to the Component services MMC. When I navigated to the DCOM Config folder I was presented with a DCOM Configuration Warning that stated:





Doing a quick google search i found nothing on JumpViewExecuteHelper.

My question is what application does this belong to, who makes it and should I record it under the appid.

The server {0002DF02-0000-0000-C000-000000000046} did not register with DCOM within the required timeout.

Thanks for your help and pointers; here again, I proceeded with all steps but there are still 4 DCOM servers timing out at boot time

• The server {21F282D1-A881-49E1-9A3A-26E44E39B86C} did not register with DCOM within the required timeout.
• The server {4991D34B-80A1-4291-83B6-3328366B9097} did not register with DCOM within the required timeout.
• The server {784E29F4-5EBE-4279-9948-1E8FE941646D} did not register with DCOM within the required timeout.
