Windows 10: Keep getting "your it administrator has limited access defender"

I have already tried different solutions to this issue, deleted registers through cmd, changed properties through the group policy editor, but nothing helped, and my account does not belong to any organization or school. I suspect that I have this problem because of "Lenovo Vantage" since I have a computer from Lenovo, and maybe they are blocking something there.

Page not available IT Administrator limited access

I can't use any security function with window defender ( ex. scan folder with window defender, scan drive )

and now I want to use the function " controlled folder access " but show Page not available IT Administrator limited access same.

I use private network and my notebook. There is no admin at all. Why IT Administrator limited access me ?

And my window notification to encryption drive. Is this related?

Cannot open Virus and threat protection on windows. Limited access by IT Administrator

The "Your IT administrator has limited access" message may appear for several reasons. The Defender service configuration is incorrect, or registry-based policies are in effect, or there is malware on board.

Please do the following and upload the respective logs.

Step 1:

Download Farbar Recovery Scan Tool (FRST64.exe)

• Run FRST64.exe and click "Scan".
  
• Upload the two logs, namely, FRST.txt and Addition.txt, to your OneDrive and share the link here.
  

Step 2:

Download defender_diag.bat. Right-click on the file, click Properties, Unblock, and OK. Run the batch file as administrator.

The Batch file queries Defender-related settings/Policies and outputs the results to a log file. Upload this log to your OneDrive and share the link here.

Note: Before uploading the log to your OneDrive, edit the defender.log file and remove your Email ID if found.
