Windows 10: Keep having to press WIN+D to get desktop every time I open something

I've just installed windows 11 on my new pc, and it's registered. Windows 11 Pro. The problem I'm having is that each and every time I open up something, the desktop goes to black and the right click mouse doesn't work. I can get the desktop back by clicking win+d, but this is a right pain. I want the desktop open all the time. Especially as I have a dual monitor setup. It did the same behavior before I added the extra display. Any ideas?Thanks

windows 10 deleted my desktop files

Step 1 - I upgraded to Win 10 and lost all my files on Desktop.

Step 2 - Found the files in Network - USers- Desktop

copied all files again to desktop.

Step 3- Restarted my machine again and lost desktop files again.

Step 4 - As suggested did the following as listed below but dont find my files.

• Press “Windows + E”, open This PC/Computer
• Open Local Disc C, open Windows.old
• Click on Users, select your User name
• Go to desktop folder

Cant find my files. Why is Win 10 deleted files again and again from Desktop ?.

 

Pressing Win+D one time, open and close repeatedly start menu in Windows 10?

After getting the latest updates for Windows 10, when I press Win-key and hold it to press D (Win +D) or Win + E, the start menu keeps opening and closing. I think, it doesn't have any sense that I long pressed the win-key. Why is this happening? because
of keyboard driver?

Your suggestion does not work. It did work on Windows 7.
