    Hi, I have a windows 10 IOT machine that has only windows installed at this time and has a 4g card that will be used as the primary internet connection method. This machine will talk to other equipment in a local network but the 4g card will be the only method back to the internet.As soon as i connect another device to the network port, Windows disables the internet connection via the 4g and tries to communicate through the local network where there is NO internet access.I do not want windows to try any other connection method, how do i disable this "feature"?Cheers

    ABOUT 4G/LTE CONNECTIVITY

    If your 640XL does not support 4G/LTE you will not get this service no matter whether you are on Windows Phone 8.1 or Windows 10 Mobile. Your phone will not have the hardware for 4G, so the OS version makes no difference.

    Which RM version is your phone ? All existing versions are listed in this thread:
