Windows 10: Keep on Getting BSOD with WHEA error either just after start-up or just while launching a...

When looking at the Reliability Details, it give the description : The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. The bugcheck was: 0x00000124 0x0000000000000010, 0xffffb406a8de6028, 0xffffb4069dc88aac, 0xffffb4069dc9a1a0. A dump was saved in: C:\WINDOWS\MEMORY.DMP. Report Id: 00000000-0000-0000-0000-000000000000.


I own a Huawei Matebook X Pro bought on the Canadian Microsoft store and I just reset windows to factory setting and install steam.

Any idea how to fix this ?

WHEA Error - Please Help

WHEA Errors 90% of the time are a result of an unstable overclock. sense you said that you are not overclocking than it might be a power supply/delivery issue. i would try and find out what your 3.3v, 5v, and 12v rail reading are. most of the time you can find these in the bios under the hardware monitoring tab. there are other ways to test a power supply but i am not skilled in advanced methods.

if the psu seems alright try giving the cpu a slight overvolt. you may have just got a really bad chip or its just hungry.

edit, why i bring up the power supply is because i had a similar situation were i was getting WHEA errors and just ignored them. after a while the computer would just randomly lock up and i would have to shut it down. ended up being the psu.

 

BLUE SCREEN STOP CODE WHEA

Hi DaveM121 - I followed all steps per the letter. Once I have accessed the ability to load to my usb drive, I have tried to launch from the drive under the UEFI Boot and then after failure of launch, tried the legacy USB storage boot and each time either
way the device just loops from the blue screen WHEA error to the dell icon login window and back to blue screen, then to a dell window, "preparing automatic repair" then cycles to the WHEA error again, then back to the dell screen login and so on.

 

Windows 10 BSOD - WHEA UNCORRECTABLE ERROR

Hey there

I'm using Windows 10 1909

Whenever I leave my laptop not using it after some minutes I get a BSOD "WHEA UNCORRECTABLE ERROR" saying "We're just collecting some error info, and then we'll restart for you." but it will just get stuck at "0% complete".

I don't have any problems while using the system, it just occurs when I'm not using it and I'm AFK!

Don't know how to fix it and it's totally frustrating
