Windows 10: keep on getting the Error 0x80073712 while trying to download KB5055528 on windows 11 23H2

i have tried alot such as sfc/scannow, deleting software dist, stopping and starting windows update and BITS but nothing works.

Download error 0x80248007 - 2023-11 Update for Windows 11 Version 23H2

I get Download error 0x80248007 on 2023-11 Update for Windows 11 Version 23H2 for x64-based Systems (KB4023057) This is a new PC and I clicked retry and nothing happens. How to fix? - - - Updated - - - Ok NVM, Fixed I had to install the other updates before installing this one. All works now.

I have been having trouble installing a new windows update on my new pc. I have installed the other updates previously with no issue but this one has been an issue. I have tried to troubleshoot and restarted my pc, but nothing has worked.

The error I am getting is:

Some update files are missing or have problems. We'll try to download the update again later. Error code: (0x80073712)

This is the update that is failing to install:

2024-02 Cumulative Update Preview for Windows 11 Version 23H2 for x64-based Systems (KB5034848)

On my update history it shows I have Windows 11, version 23H2 successfully installed, so I don't know if this is related or not.

I am having trouble downloading and installing the new windows update on my new pc. I have tried to troubleshoot and restart my pc but nothing seems to work.
