Discus and support "Keep personal files and apps" option is not available during upgrade from Win 7 to Win 10 in Windows 10 Installation and Upgrade to solve the problem; Hi ALL,I've read everything regarding this issue, connected with Support several times but issue is not solved.     "Keep personal files and apps" option is not available during upgrade from Win 7 to Win 10


    Hi ALL,I've read everything regarding this issue, connected with Support several times but issue is not solved. Option to keep my apps is not available during upgrade.I've done all recommendations from support and found on the Internet - nothing helped.- Drivers - latest;- Languages - correct on the both versions;- Antivirus - deleted;- Language packs - de-installed;- Registry - checked, everything is ok;- Media Creation Tool - didn't help;I have a lot of apps installed and don't want to install OS as a new. Who can really help me?

    upgrade Win 7 Pro to Win 10 Pro

    I have several times tried to upgrade my desktop (dual boot Win XP and Win 7 Pro) to Win 10 Pro using the downloaded ISO file, and keep my personal files and apps. It runs about 36 hours then fails. How can I make this upgrade? If not using the ISO file
    is there another method to accomplish this ??

    is hardware OK (Win 7) for upgrade to windows 10

    I think in one of the other PC with win 7 or win 8.1 I run media creators tools and in some step prompt/found graphics card not supported... for win 10. I didn't found alone reading specs of win 10, but the tool says me... after changed graphics card the tool said all OK and continued OK with upgrade... That I ask to reach this step in this current PC - win 7 - must be all OK for the upgrade? Or must continue to upgrade to show this?

    • Create media(DVD, USB stick, ISO)
    is hardware OK (Win 7) for an upgrade to windows 10 for this PC???
