Windows 10: Keep randomly getting Explorer.exe error

I keep getting the following error, I've gotten it in both Windows 10 and Windows 11 after a completely fresh install on totally new hardware. This error will popup anywhere from 3 - 9 times when it shows, I am not running anything myself to cause the error.The numerous popups can occur seemingly at any time of day, never a specific time, and it can be anywhere from 1 week to 1 month between it occurring.Explorer.EXEThis file does not have an app associated with it for performing this action. Please install an app or, if one is already installed, create an association in the Default Apps Set

Computer randomly has black screen and restarts

Taco this could be software also. Before you get all crazy, do as Erocker suggested. Find out the error in the Event Viewer. Look for the faulting module and the error code itself. Also check the reliability monitor. At the bottom it will have "View all Error Reports". Post a screen of whats in there if anything.

This could be a simple as a bad driver install.

ALSO have you downloaded or installed anything lately? STAY OUT OF THE DAMN BIOS UNTIL WE KNOW THE ERROR! lol. I know you. Baby steps boy, baby steps.

 

Windows Won't Update? (Error 0x80d0602)

When I get to the step that says del %ALLUSERSPROFILE%\Application Data\Microsoft\Network\Downloader\qmgr*.dat, nothing happens.

When I get to step 5 and type in

• regsvr32.exe mshtml.dllN

It gives me this:
