    Keep running into a blue screen multiple times a day and video stutters and jumps frames


    This always exclusively happens when I'm watching a video on any media player PotPlayer, KMPlayer, VLC.Plus, whenever I play any media file nowadays happening since 8-Feb, it will run fine until a certain point when it begins to glitch and then jumps many frames ahead automatically.Minidump files after the latest blue screen zipped:Minidump.zipGPU drivers are all up-to-dateSSD health 100%, HDD at 73%, no issues reported by disksentinelRan CHKDSK Ran sfc /scannowWent into BIOS and disabled Virtualization had to previously enable to run dockerSystem Info:Edition Windows 10 Pro Versi

    Video Stuttering

    Not sure what started causing this issue recently but I’ve noticed movies have a frame stutter or refresh rate stutter or like frame drops on the Xbox Series X. It happens when watching movies on Disney Plus, Prime Video and Movies & TV.

    I tried all the suggestions listed around the internet. None of them worked. When using the apps on my Smart TV the stutter/frame drop isn’t there. Even when using screen mirror it isn’t.

    Just started sometime in March. Only thing that changed was an update in March. I have no idea what’s wrong.

    Frame Stutter

    A couple days ago every game that I play has frame stutters. its not my GPU because I still hit over 100 frames in my games. I also notice some audio stutter when people are talking in my discord server. ill list my current build down below. I have updated
    windows to the most current version along with my video video drivers.

    CPU: Intel I7 8700K

    Before we proceed I would like you to answer the following question:

    • could you please mention the exact error message that you are getting?
    The issue might occur due to Viruses, or something changing/deleting in Registry Files, a failure during Bootup, or a corrupt file which could be due to age of a computer or viruses or somebody tampering with files.
