Windows 10: Keep running into "The network key isn't correct. Please try again" issue.

Hello, I recently got my windows 11 reset after getting some repairs done on my laptop. Now when I'm trying to connect to my wifi I keep getting "Some information has changed since the last time you connected. We need additional information to complete the connection." And "The network security key isn't correct. Please try again.“ messages despite entering correct password. I tried every fix that I could find on the internet updating drivers, resetting ip, etc. but it is still not fixed. But when I connected my laptop with an ethernet and then try to connect to wifi, it connects without any

Printer isn´t working after latest update.

After the latest update from Windows, my Canon Pixma ip6600 printer isnt working. In Device Manager it shows up as working properly but when I go to print it isn´t listed as an option in any programs. Troubleshoot suggests it´s a USB 2 printer on a USB
3 port and that that´s the problem but that cant be since it worked fine before the update. I´ve tried to uninstall and plug it back in but that doesn´t work either.

Thank you for posting your response, we appreciate the time and effort that you have invested in to fix the issue.

I would suggest that you refer to the steps below on How to find your Network Security key.

• Connect your PC to the router using a network (Ethernet) cable.
• 
  Open a web browser and enter the IP address for your wireless router into the search bar (for example, 192.168.1.1 or 172.16.0.0). You can find the default IP address in the documentation that came with your router.
  
• 
  Enter the user name and password to open the router settings webpage. Most router documentation contains a default user name and password.
  
• 
  On the router settings webpage, look for a wireless or wireless settings option. Depending on the router manufacturer, this might be a tab, icon, or option in a task pane.
  
• 
  On the wireless settings page, look for a security or wireless encryption setting. The security key (sometimes called a network key, a passphrase, or a network password) should be listed nearby.
  

I would also suggest that you try to reconfigure your wireless connection and check.

Printer isn´t working after latest update.

Managed to solve it... here´s how I did it just in case anyone else has the same problem...

->Settings

->Printers & scanners

->Add a printer or scanner

->The printer that I want isn´t listed

->Add a local printer or network printer with manual settings

->Use an existing port: USB001 (Virtual printer port for USB)

->Choose printer

->Use the driver that is currently installed

->Type printer name

And done... =P
