Windows 10: Keep seeing messages about Trojan Win32/Occamy.C being blocked on Protection History....

Hello everyoneRecentely since the 2nd of february I've been seeing messages on my Protection History about a threat being blocked every few days. It says that it detected the Trojan Win32/Occamy.C and that it removed it. I also see nothing about where it's located, only that a dll file has been affected on the root of my main driver. As I've said it's happening every few days and I'm just wondering if there could be anything wrong with my computer and if I should do anything about it. Thanks in advance for the help.

Clear Windows Security Center (Defender) Protection History

Did not work for me. After going through all steps I still have protection history full

 

Trojan Occamy

I just bought my first custom PC, and I think the seller might've infected it with a Trojan. When I checked Windows Defender threat history, it says that it detected Trojan:Win31/Occamy.C. It marks it as Remediation Incomplete, and the affected item is F:\Office\Utilities\Act.exe. The problem is I don't have any drives that start with F (only C and D). I downloaded Bitdefender and ran a full scan, and it didn't find any problem. Is there still a Trojan in my PC, or has Bitdefender managed to remove it? Is there anything else I should do? Is the Trojan actually in the seller's drive and not mine?
