Windows 10: Keep windows 10 loading screen until a program has loaded

Hi everyone,I'm wondering if there's a way to "block" the Windows 10 startup loading screen so that it remains visible until a specific program of my choice has completely finished loading. Essentially, I'd like to delay the loading of the desktop until this particular program is ready to use. Any insights or suggestions on how to achieve this would be greatly appreciated! Add Remove Programs in Windows XP doesn't finish loading program list?!

Add Remove Programs in Windows XP doesn't finish loading the program list (It never even starts displaying any programs) and I believe it may be that a uninstall program messed up completely and Windows can't figure out what programs are installed because of it. What is the problem? Please?

 

Some programs not loading from Start screen

About half of my tiles on the Start screen are not functioning. If I find the *.exe they will load from that file. I have tried a Restore but it would not complete even in Safe Mode. I have run a fix on the Power Shell and reinstalled Metro/Modern apps. The screen shot shows which programs load. It seems more like settings only. None of my added programs load. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling one to no avail. Frustrated? Yep. Thanks for any suggestions.
