Windows 10: Keeping Sound Volume Constant Between Programs And Commercials

Hello-I have an old sound card -Creative Sound Blaster Audigy 2 WDM- for which the drive is still available online and runs my late model Logitec Speakers quite well.I am trying to set 'Sound' to maintain a constant volume between programs and commercials. The instructions below state select 'Sound,' 'Playback,' 'Speakers,' and 'Properties.' https://pureinfotech.com/normalize-sound-volume-windows-10/My 'Sound Properties' shows 'Enable Enhancements' as checkable option under the 'Advanced' tab on my computer, but when I click this, I lose my sound.Perhaps the 'Enhancement' feature cannot be
