Windows 10: Keeping up with Win10 updates

Is there a good site that keeps you up to date with win10 updates, gives you news and information about them, if issues are cropping up,ect with email notifications?

I need help keeping up with im and trying to fix it when win10 updates screw something up, and they seem to always screw something up.

I have owned one stylus to date - a cheap one at that. My primary concern is that a stylus is something to keep iup with. If casing came with a way to physically connect a stylus to ones phone (or tablet), I'd readily spend money on a new one, but the chances
of sitting one's stylus down and losing or forgetting it are too high. So, please design casings that have a place to connect a stylus. I'd prefer something with a rope, chain or leather cord so I can use the stylus while it is still secured to the casing.

There are phone cases that have decorative chains or key chains; maybe you could use that. I don't think they're long enough to use the stylus while it's still attached, though. It's a good idea, but if you want it now, try just tying on a leather cord of
your own.

P.S. Could someone more knowledgeable than I please provide a link to where you can suggest ideas to Microsoft, if there is such a place?
