  2. N95 8gb Screen Illuminated while charging

Hi Seamariner, try searching for an app called ActiveFile.

As well as a host of other things it has an option to keep the screen light on. I like it switched on for web browsing.

  3. GMail Forwarded to MS Outlook - Sync with Windows Phone 8

Your GMail doesn't appear to be forwarded to Outlook, but rather forwarded to another e-mail address provided by your web-host. Your are most likely using Outlook to connect to your e-mail on that web-host's server. Your Windows Phone 8 will not connect
to Outlook on your PC. So in that sense your phone will get none of that mail.

You actually point the phone at the web-host, just like you do Outlook. It is an independent client to the same mail server. how you do that specifically depends a bit on the type of e-mail service that is being provided, PoP, IMAP, EAS (like windows Live)
or a hosted Exchange (like Office365).

The retention of the GMail address, and the reply from it, I would think are features that your web-host provides. Normally the ReplyFrom in Outlook, or the phone, are tied to the account being used.
