Windows 10: Kernel-EventTracing 1 Logging

Warning Kernel-EventTracing 1 Logging

I am playing a game Apex Legends and at first i was having in my Event log erros and warnings, so i gave those files administration privileges and the errors stop but i'm still getting warnings like this:

The backing-file for the real-time session "DefenderApiLogger" has reached its maximum size. As a result, new events will not be logged to this session until space becomes available. This error is often caused by starting a trace session in real-time mode without having any real-time consumers.

The application-specific permission settings do not grant Local Launch permission for the COM Server application with CLSID

Windows.SecurityCenter.SecurityAppBroker

and APPID

Unavailable

to the user NT AUTHORITY\SYSTEM SID (S-1-5-18) from address LocalHost (Using LRPC) running in the application container Unavailable SID (Unavailable). This security permission can be modified using the Component Services administrative tool.

Does anyone know if that is normal or should i be wry?

 

Kernel-EventTracing error

A total reinstall is not a practical solution to this benign error and likely would make no difference. Others have reported it, so it's not unique to my system. The error was never seen after earlier system upgrades.

Better to either ignore it or disable Kernel-EventTracing logging for now.

 

Warning Kernel-EventTracing 1 Logging

Check the Event Viewer settings and check

a. Press Windows and R keys together.

b. Type in eventvwr,msc and press enter.

c. Do a right-click over the log (For example, System or Application etc.)

d. Select Properties, you will be able to see Size and other options are there.

e. Ensue that these are checked

- Enable logging

- Over write events as needed.



g. You can also increase the size of the Maximum log size.

h. Save the changes.

1. Press Windows and R keys together > Type in eventvwr,msc and press Enter > Do a right-click over the log (For example, System or Application etc.) > Select Properties, you will be able to see Size and other options are there.

2. Ensue that these are checked

- Enable logging

- Over write events as needed.



3. You can also increase the size of the Maximum log size.

4. Save the changes.
