Windows 10: Kernel mode hardware enforced is off?

I just saw this when I checked my hidden icons, and saw a yellow triangle. I saw this message that it is off, so I tried to go to settings and I get this popup. How do I enable this option?

We have analyzed the DMP file that you provided and it looks that the Blue screen error was caused by a driver for your storage device. It is best that you update the drivers in your computer and see if the issue still persists. Please boot your computer
using Safe Mode with Networking.

To update all drivers, please follow these steps:

• In Cortana's search box, type "Device Manager".
• Click on the name of your PC.
• At the top of the screen, click on Action.
• Click on Scan for hardware changes.
