Windows 10: Kernel-Power 41, pc rebooting randomly

I have a big trouble with my PC with Windows 10.My PC reboot randmly with Kernel-Power 41 error.I have changed PSUI have changed MotherboardI have changed RAMI have changed GPU riserI tried to remove GPU riserI tried to undeclock the CPUI tried to underclock the RAMI tried to reset BIOSI tried to update BIOSI tried to disconnect fans hubsI tried to disconnect case usbI tried to disconnect all usb also keyboard and mouseI tried to disconnect all internal usbI tried to uninstall all driversAnd i tried with a fresh install for windows 10And i still have the same problemAlso is not power problem

2. Is this issue specific while playing a particular game?
   
3. Which edition of Windows are you currently using?
   

A Kernel Power Event 41 can occur in the following scenarios.

Scenario 1: The computer restarts, and there is a Stop error BugcheckCode in the event data.

Scenario 2: The computer is shut down by pressing and holding the power button.

Scenario 3: The system randomly restarts and no Stop error BugcheckCode is listed, or the computer is completely unresponsive (hard hang).

I suggest you refer the article on Kernel
Power Event ID 41 and follow the steps for the scenario that is causing this error on your PC.
