Windows 10: Kernel-Power Critical Error, My computer has been crashing for no apparent reason.

Since I upgraded it from 24GB to 40 GB, my computer has been crashing for no apparent reason. Actually, it had been happening before the upgrade, but it seems to have increased. Since then, I have tried everything—and I mean everything. I tried clean installing Windows myself, then took it to a professional when that did not work, and they did another clean install without the update which I could not remove because it was buggy, but the problem persists. I tried SFC and DCIM which fixed some corrupted files at one point but no longer finds anything, updated some drivers, and did pretty mu

Computer will randomly crash without a BSOD or Error and stays powered

Did that stuff with DDU step by step and had another crash just now while playing a game.

Saw a return of previous errors in the Event Manager.

• 1 instance of Critical: "Kernel-Power"
  
• 2 instances of Error: "Application Error", "Faulting application name: dwm.exe"
  
• 1 instance of Error: "EventLog"
  
• 1 instance of Warning: "Dwminit", "The Desktop Window Manager process has exited. (Process exit code: 0xe0464645, Restart count: 1, Primary display device ID: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3080)"

Thankyou very much for your reply. In relation to your first post, I have carried out steps 10-22 (apart from step 15, I will attempt to leave it running with this tonight). The screenshots are attached. I have also uninstalled the programmes detailed above. Unfortunately, as my laptop is a custom built from PCSpecialist, they do not provide BIOS updates anywhere easily accessible. I will phoen them today and see if there are any updates.

Correct. There were only the reports about Critical: Kernel-Power and Error: Kernel-EventTracing.

Just went the whole day without any crashes, however I was only browsing the internet and watching movies. I just had a crash now after roughly 5mins of launching a game.

Had a report about Critical: Kernel-Power and Error: Kernel-EventTracing, but also had a Warning about Display. "Display driver nvlddmkm stopped responding and has successfully recovered.". From my understanding, that's a Blue Screen error related to video drivers? It was apparently successfully recovered but my computer still had a crash requiring me to power it off then on again.

Checked Nirsoft BlueScreenView and there's nothing.

My only guess is that something is faulty with my GPU as it happens the instant I try playing a game, though not sure why running GPU benchmarks did nothing to it considering the games I'm playing is only Skyrim.

Likely just a faulty card in general as it's only 1 year, 1 month old.

If there's nothing else to suggest then I will go ahead and request a replacement through the store I bought it from.
