Windows 10: Kernel Power critical error

My PC has started crashing once a day, sometimes twice a day now and I am not sure why. I tried reseating ram and my gpu, reseated power connectors. It runs fine otherwise but this has started to be very frustrating. When it BSOD's the screen is all messed up as well - the 'you have run into a problem : " text is garbled and there are 2-3 screens of it all overlapping each other before the pc restarts. What fault symptoms have you experienced? If you want to turn off Fast start then I suggest using this well thought out procedure:- Turn Fast Startup On or Off - TenForumsTutorials You can get into Power options quicker than the tutorial step 1 says by right-clicking on the SysTray Power icon & selecting Power options.

Thankyou very much for your reply. In relation to your first post, I have carried out steps 10-22 (apart from step 15, I will attempt to leave it running with this tonight). The screenshots are attached. I have also uninstalled the programmes detailed above. Unfortunately, as my laptop is a custom built from PCSpecialist, they do not provide BIOS updates anywhere easily accessible. I will phoen them today and see if there are any updates.
