Windows 10: Kernel-Power critical errors

So for the last 2 months my PC has randomly turned off. 9 times out of ten it will be whilst playing a particular Steam game. But other times it's just been sitting idle and doing nothing and I can hear it restart from across the room. Usually when gaming, playing Predecessor on Steam, the PC just freezes for 2-3 seconds then auto restarts. I was having this issues all through Jan but it displayed the blue critical error screen then restarted. I did a full reformat beginning Feb but after a couple of weeks its still happening but without the blue screen of death.Found the PC crash reports.Last

What fault symptoms have you experienced? If you want to turn off Fast start then I suggest using this well thought out procedure:- Turn Fast Startup On or Off - TenForumsTutorials You can get into Power options quicker than the tutorial step 1 says by right-clicking on the SysTray Power icon & selecting Power options.

Thankyou very much for your reply. In relation to your first post, I have carried out steps 10-22 (apart from step 15, I will attempt to leave it running with this tonight). The screenshots are attached. I have also uninstalled the programmes detailed above. Unfortunately, as my laptop is a custom built from PCSpecialist, they do not provide BIOS updates anywhere easily accessible. I will phoen them today and see if there are any updates.
