Windows 10: Kernel Security Check Failure, CLOCK_WATCHDOG_TIMEOUT

Hi. my pc spec are cpu: FX-8350 ,Ram: 32GB 1600Mhz and GPU: RX580 8GBThis problem started when i upgraded the gpu from a gtx 960 2GB to the RX 580, i tryed a lot of thing testing memory, all my disk also stress benchs and nothing, i even reinstalled windows but still getting the problem i also got CLOCK_WATCHDOG_TIMEOUT some times or anotherone of services.

Recieving the BSOD once a day, at least. My drivers are up to date so far as I know and I've tried various methods of troubleshooting including the steps outlined here:

My win 8.1 laptop is giving Kernel Security Check Failure error at random and laptop keeps rebooting. Pl suggest how to fix this
