    Bonjour,


    Récemment j'ai acheté un pc portable Acer Aspire 7 A715 75G. Le pc portable à moins de 2 semaines. J'ai un bug qui revient tout le temps un écran bleu avec le code Kernel Security Check Failure. Je me suis donc renseigné sur le sujet des écrans bleus de la mort et effectué des dizaines de méthodes toujours sans succès : sfc/scannow, mise à jour des drivers avec Driver Booster, prendre la version précédente du pilote de la CG, etc. et même la réinstallation de Windows 10 et le problème persiste. En continuant à chercher j'ai trouvé Who Crashed permettant de trouver d'où vient le problème. J'obtient deux problèmes ci-dessous qui sont liés ???


    Le premier vient de ntoskrnl.exe mais je ne sais pas de quoi ça vient...

    Et le deuxième vient de netwtw10.sys et ça me met que le pilote intel wifi n'est pas à jour du coup je l'ai mis à jour en trouvant le driver sur le site de intel mais toujours sans succès l'écran bleu réapparait et ce problème se réaffiche toujours dans who crashed...


    J'ai passé déjà pas mal d'heures à essayer de régler le problème. Et comme j'ai l'impression que c'est plus logiciel que matériel je n'ai pas contacté le SAV en pensant pouvoir régler le problème tout seul... Je vous demande donc si vous avez des solutions pour régler ça, ou me renvoyer vers un autre problème déjà réglé d'un autre utilisateur ...

    BSOD Kernel security check failure

    Recieving the BSOD once a day, at least. My drivers are up to date so far as I know and I've tried various methods of troubleshooting including the steps outlined here:

    What does the Kernel Security Check Failure Blue Screen error mean?

    Hoping you guys may have some insight...

    video output is being sent to an unexpected port. KERNEL SECURITY CHECK FAILURE error is usually caused by Memory or Driver incompatibility issues or corruption of system data.
