Windows 10: Kernel system check faillure

    hello everybody,
    after upgrading automatically to windows 10 pro (from windows 7 pro) i cant use properly the sleep mode as when i turn the computer alive again it shows me a blue black screen with barely readable something like a smiling face and a message saying that something is not ok and a solution search with percentage indicator. At the bottom of the screen also barely readable is the message '' later check on line for kernel system check failure''. When the search idicator reaches 100% the system goes on from the begining as it was shut down and not in sleeep mode.
    looking for solutions i found in the device manager two intel (r) power performance management drivers and i deleted the one with the yellow indicator as in the properties it said it was not succesfully installed by the windows.
    my computer is panasonic toughbook cf19 a/b mk5

    Can't Upgrade to Windows 10 no matter method used.

    Epic faillure on the part of microcrap. Is anyone really surprised the install doesnt work for anyone?! I should have gone with Apple.
